    Product characteristics: It utilizes a special new material - magnesium hydroxide, which appears as a white amorphous powder or colorless hexagonal prismatic crystals and is almost insoluble in water.The dual-purpose water-based flame retardant prevents penetration into the molecular structure of flammable materials, forming an oxide film protective layer between molecules to achieve flame retardant effects.
    After the dust suppressant is sprayed, a thick solidified film forms on the ground. Strong winds, rain, and low temperatures do not affect the dust suppression effect, greatly improving air quality.
    Application Scenario:
    (1) Spray onto the outer walls of equipment and the surfaces of burner connecting pipes to form a sturdy fire-resistant layer. It can withstand high temperatures up to 2852℃, preventing metal structures from deforming or catching fire due to overheating. With a B1-level flame retardancy, it blocks the spread of flames, ensuring equipment safety.
    (2) Spraying forms a nano-scale protective film that tightly covers the cable insulation layer, enhancing fire resistance. It inhibits arcing that can cause fires, and its low-temperature resistance prevents coating embrittlement in winter, ensuring safe operation of the cable.
    (3) Regularly spray the surface of coal piles and coal conveyor corridors to form a protective layer, thereby suppressing spontaneous combustion; reducing PM2.5/PM10 by 85%, improving the working environment, and reducing dust hazards.

    (4) Use spraying equipment to perform mist spraying on icy and snowy roads. The snow melting speed is 230%. Operating temperature: -1 to -45 degrees.
